Clown Chacovachi (Fernando Cavarozzi) began his career after the Malvinas War, where he served as a soldier without engaging in combat. He trained at Ángel Elizondo's mime school, at Parakultural, and later created his own character. He performed at the world's most important and oldest festivals and popular celebrations. For sixteen years, he was the clown of Plaza Francia, where he honed the techniques that allowed him and other artists to develop the profession: the chess method. He was the creator and director of the Argentine Convention of Clowns, Circus Performers, and Street Artists.

The ‘Manual y guía del payaso callejero’ (Manual and Guide of the Street Clown) became a classic in the field within a few years.
